Quasar led the full Commissioning team with a comprehensive scope encompassing Witness and Verification Testing and Commissioning of a new Uptime Institute Tier 2 Data Centre, which involved the following five (5) levels of Commissioning; Factory quality assurance, Field quality assurance, post-installation, pre-functional verification, Start up and functional performance testing, and Integrated systems testing.
