Office fit-out of a newly constructed base building space on the ground floor of Block 208 at the Zibi development site. The space has an approximate area of 6,160 sq. ft. Mechanical and electrical equipment of the base building were altered and supplemental cooling and ventilation units were added to suit tenant requirements and proposed layout.
