

FUZE - Lucan and Woodstock Mixed-Use Development
Development of a stackable M&E systems template for Z-Modular’s typical Small-Medium-Large (“SML”) universal prototype modules (1-, 2-, 3-bedroom units, and micro-units) with a standard chassis dimension of 12.5’ x 28’. The design includes low-voltage systems and is built to be repeatable, sustainable, and smart.
The Lucan development consists of two (2) proposed 4-storey mixed-use buildings with a total of 90 residential units, along with retail and amenity spaces on the ground level. The Woodstock development features a 6-storey mixed-use building with a total of 103 residential units, also including retail and amenity spaces on the ground level. For both developments, the above-grade construction will use modular systems, while the foundations and underground piping will be installed using a traditional construction approach.
