Humber College International Graduate School

Quasar were the Mechanical and Electrical consultants partnered with Kasian as vendor of record for full design services (design development, contract documents, contract procurement, and contract administration) on Humber College's new urban campus for the International Graduate School in downtown Toronto.
Occupying a total of three floors, 229,062 sq.ft., the team outfitted the shell space with a full complement of 16 new high technology classrooms, accompanying breakout and meeting spaces, communal learning commons, and administrative lounges that integrate the learning objectives set out by the college.
This was the first off-Campus Site for Humber College. The Project interfaced the College Standards with a Developer in order to outfit the shell space for the custom creation of the new high technology.
