Design and implementation of the Ministry of Education’s Rapid Build Pilot Program for five schools across Ontario.  

 The Rapid Build Pilot Program includes: 

  • New NorthGlen Neighbourhood Elementary School, an 87,000 sq. ft., 769 pupil place JK-8 Elementary School with a four-room Childcare Centre in Bowmanville, ON. 

  • New Centre Wellington Elementary School, a 39,000 sq. ft., 308 pupil place Elementary School in Elora, ON. 

  • 3,000 sq. ft. New Addition to accommodate an eight-classroom expansion at École élémentaire catholique Saint- Viateur in Limoges, ON. 

  • 7,800 sq. ft. New Addition to accommodate a 69 pupil place addition at St. Mary Elementary School in Fort Frances, ON. 

  • 41,000 sq. ft., 331 pupil place New Addition to accommodate 11 new regular classrooms and three kindergarten classrooms, the renovation/re-purposing of two regular classrooms and one kindergarten classroom into a 3-room Childcare Centre, the demolition of 10+ portables, and various additional interior renovations at J.J. O’Neil Catholic Elementary School in Napanee, ON.
