Multi-phased renovation of 15,400 sq. ft. of space on the 4th floor, and 10,010 sq. ft. of space on the 8th floor to meet the Library’s functional program and design requirements.
The objective of the 4th floor renovation was to maximize the floor area to allow for open and multi-functional teaching and study spaces; a specialized secure collections area, and an associated reading room area.
The objective of the 8th floor renovation was to create multiple visible and safe study rooms that address current acoustical issues and functional accommodations and provisions for technology enhancements suited for higher learning education and study.
