George is a Professional Mechanical Engineer with over 27 years of experience in the building consulting engineering industry. He began his North American career in 1998 as a Mechanical Design Engineer and quickly advanced to Associate Partner within a large global consulting engineering firm, where his passion and expertise in the luxury hospitality market flourished.
Over the years, George has successfully delivered numerous high-profile luxury hotel and resort developments worldwide. Notable projects include the 2.7M sq. ft. Hangzhou Centre and the 2.26M sq. ft. Tianjin Modern City Development in China, the Four Seasons Baku Hotel in Azerbaijan, the Four Seasons Bahrain Bay Hotel in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the Four Seasons Clearwater Bay Resort in Barbados, among others.
George’s expertise spans every phase of a project, from preliminary engineering studies to detailed design and construction documentation, as well as construction compliance reviews, project close-out, and warranty appraisals. His exceptional ability to collaborate with global project teams to transform a conceptual “napkin” sketch into a luxurious 5-star resort development makes him an invaluable leader in Quasar’s Hospitality Sector.
