Scope

BMO underwent a project to convert approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of existing office space to new white space and supporting mechanical and electrical infrastructure. The electrical systems included new UPS systems, input and out switchgear, and power distribution to critical loads in a concurrently maintainable solution (Tier III).

The mechanical systems included two (2) high efficiency free cooling Air Handling Units and new fire suppression systems.

Quasar completed the electrical design of the systems and full Mechanical and Electrical commissioning, from Level 1 through to Level 6, ensuring the systems were built and tested to the design intent of the project.
