Scope

New ultra-luxury resort development in Belize. The project site includes two parcels: Cayo Rosario Island – a private island to be developed with 40 over water villas, 16 private residences, restaurants, spa, pool, and other amenity spaces; Secret Beach – an oceanside site to be developed with 25 private residences, amenity spaces, and central infrastructure plants.

The development is based on Six Senses focus on Sustainability and features of the mech/elect design include a centralized solar PV farm on Secret beach to offset power generation on-site, plus high-efficiency HVAC and hybrid solar/electric DHW generation.
