The Metrolinx Subway Standards Development project supported the Ontario Line through the creation of future-focused DS-09 design standards, grounded in customer journey mapping and human-centric design to enhance safety, accessibility, navigation, and overall passenger experience across new subway infrastructure.

The East Harbour Transit Hub in Toronto is a major multimodal infrastructure project supporting regional and local transit connectivity, integrating GO Transit, SmartTrack, future TTC LRT, and the Ontario Line subway. Mariscal Sucre International Airport
The Mariscal Sucre International Airport in Quito, Ecuador is a major Design-Build aviation project featuring a new passenger terminal, air traffic control tower, cargo facilities, and maintenance hangar. Electrical and ICAT engineering supported highly resilient infrastructure, including full standby power systems and advanced passenger and baggage screening technologies, delivered by Quasar team members at their previous firm.
Clayton J.Lloyd International Airport
The Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport redevelopment in Anguilla includes a new air terminal and cargo facility designed to support future growth and improved operations. Metrolinx, Ontario Line Subway Station Design Standards
Quasar Consulting Group contributed to the development of Metrolinx’s Ontario Line Subway Station Design Standards in Toronto. The work unified TTC and Metrolinx requirements into a consistent framework, integrating code compliance, sustainability, and passenger experience considerations to guide future subway station design and delivery.
