The Toronto Metropolitan University Library Renovation modernized study, teaching, and collections spaces through a multi-phased interior upgrade across multiple floors. The project focused on flexible learning environments, improved acoustics, secure collections areas, and technology-ready study spaces to support contemporary academic use.
Ministry of Education Rapid Build Pilot Program
The Ministry of Education Rapid Build Pilot Program delivers new schools and additions across Ontario using accelerated design and construction methods. Mechanical, electrical, and ICAT engineering support flexible, repeatable building solutions for multiple elementary schools and childcare facilities across urban and rural communities.
Foundry Lofts III Mixed Use Student Residence
Foundry Lofts III is a mixed-use student housing development near Brock University in St. Catharines, delivering new residential, amenity, and retail space across a multi-building site. The project supports a connected student community with hundreds of beds integrated into a vibrant, campus-adjacent urban environment.
Humber College International Graduate School
The Humber College International Graduate School project transformed a downtown Toronto shell space into a new urban campus featuring high-technology classrooms, learning commons, and administrative spaces. Mechanical, electrical, and ICAT engineering supported Humber College’s first off-campus academic facility, aligning college standards with a developer-led buildout.
Town of Newmarket Adaptive Reuse of the Mulock House
The adaptive reuse of the historic Mulock House in Newmarket transformed a 13,000 sq. ft. heritage property into a modern community destination. Engineering services supported building system upgrades, improved accessibility, and the conversion of the estate into flexible cultural, community, and gallery spaces.
Niagara College Student Residence
This purpose-built student residence in Niagara-on-the-Lake delivers 350 beds designed to support modern campus living. Engineering and sustainability strategies focused on high-efficiency building systems, low-carbon performance, and accessible amenities for students.
The Oaklands Student Centre
The Oaklands Student Centre project converted a former 26,600 sq. ft. arena in Toronto into a contemporary academic and student hub. Integrated mechanical, electrical, and ICAT systems support energy-efficient performance across learning, recreation, and cultural spaces.
St. John Henry Newman Catholic School
A new 148,400 sq. ft. secondary school in Toronto designed to serve approximately 1,100 students. Engineering services supported modern learning environments while respecting significant heritage elements and targeting Toronto Green Standard v3 Tier 1 performance.
York University Classroom Renewal
A multi-phase renewal program modernizing more than 60 teaching spaces across York University’s Keele and Glendon campuses. Upgrades focused on accessibility, building system improvements, and flexible classroom environments that support contemporary learning.
