The QEII Halifax Infirmary PSOS Peer Review supported the redevelopment of Nova Scotia’s largest healthcare campus through mechanical, electrical, and ICAT engineering review services. Quasar contributed to the Design-Build-Finance-Maintain project by reviewing and refining Project Specific Output Specifications for major new patient, ambulatory care, and utility facilities planned to serve Nova Scotians for decades.
